Würth Italia receives Top Employers 2022 certification

Würth Italia receives prestigious certification from the Top Employers Institute, a body that awards prizes to the best companies in the HR field

Würth Italy has won for the first time the certification of Top Employers Italia 2022, issued by the Top Employers Institute This certification was awarded by the Top Employers Institute to companies that have distinguished themselves for the best working conditions, investments in training and development, HR policies for professional and personal growth and attention to the welfare of people.

Active in the market since 1963, Würth Srl has grown exponentially to become the partner of choice for 280,000 professionals in the automotive, crafts, construction and industrial sectors. The Würth Group was founded in 1945, in Germany, and is present in 80 countries worldwide. In 2021 it had sales of €17.1 billion.

Since 2018, Würth Italia has adopted a strategic change management plan, HREvolution, precisely with the aim of adopting new, more effective and productive working models. The strategy, which involves the more than 3,600 employees of Würth Italia, is based on principles of empowerment and autonomy, such as the elimination of time stamping, the introduction of remote work or space sharing.
