Test product manufacturer Hioki joins Farnell to talk about designing innovative tools and equipment for battery design and testing in the third episode of 'The Innovation Experts' podcast

Farnell has published the third episode of its new global podcast series, Innovation Expertsfeaturing test product manufacturer Hioki. Hioki. The podcast series examines how test and measurement tools support innovation and new product development for a wide range of applications.

Each episode will provide valuable information for consumers, technicians and other industry professionals who want to keep up to date with the latest trends, challenges, products, tools and applications.

In the new episode of the podcast, Hioki will explain how it creates innovative tools and equipment for battery design. Reporting is Kai Scharrmann, Engineer and Business Development Manager at Hioki, who joins Cliff Ortmeyer, Global Head of Technology Product Marketing and Solutions at Farnell, to talk about this cutting-edge technology and explain how it is used to measure the efficiency of electric cars and other critical applications. The experts also talk about trends and challenges in battery technology and testing, as well as providing insights into how Hioki's other high-tech products help drive innovation in a variety of industries.

Hioki manufactures electrical measuring instruments that support various applications from research and development to maintenance and service with four product groups: automatic test instruments, data logging instruments, electronic measuring instruments and field measurement instruments. Farnell is currently the only high level distributor for Hioki products in EMEA. The sub-portfolio range available from Farnell includes electrical test products such as resistance meters, battery testers, clamp meters and clamp multimeters.
