The French company Steliau Technologya player specialized in the value-added supply of electronic solutions, has acquired Special-Ind , thus significantly expanding its European activities.

The transaction, which is non-brokered, is fully consistent with Steliau Technology's strategic plan to expand across Europe, primarily through overseas growth. The new Group is expected to report annual sales of more than €80 million for the current fiscal year.
