In addition to technical teams, application engineers, industrial customers, business partners and external groups will be able to take advantage of the technology presentations and high-tech environment with state-of-the-art presentation techniques. The exhibition area will be continuously updated and is designed to highlight Panasonic's growing importance as an advanced high-tech solutions provider in the mobility, business and living sectors.

"Our European customers appreciate our quality. However, they know Panasonic primarily through our individual core components. Wheneverwe present our customers with the breadth of our technology world, how many innovative applications are based on our technologies and for how many European companies we have already activated innovative and sustainable solutions, their amazement is sensational," explains Johannes Spatz, President of Panasonic Industry Europe. "From high-tech components to integrated solutions, from e-mobility to Industry 4.0, from networked supply chain management to smart living spaces - no other company combines and connects so many high-tech competences under one roof. At CXC, we present our brand comprehensively and make it tangible. We want to intensify the dialogue with customers, technicians, partners and the public, and thus further expand our growth path in Europe."

Panasonic's ability to exploit synergies

"With the opening of the Customer Experience Center in Munich, Panasonic is leveraging synergies to demonstrate the transversality of its technology: we combine our many years of experience in industry, hardware, software engineering and integrate our expertise to offer customers customized solutions," said Hiroyuki Nishiuma, Managing Director Panasonic System Communication Europe.

Alexander Schultz-Storz, Head of Cross-Value at Panasonic Industry Europe, further explains that "industry and companies in Europe are not standing still, they are looking for strong partners with answers to current and future technological challenges. We are also thinking long term and made a conscious decision to make this investment - despite the pandemic. CXC's new facilities - such as product islands, presentation stages, application centres, co-creation zone and meeting and training rooms - will now allow us to provide our customers, universities, start-ups and business partners with information that is as comprehensive as it is targeted, and to bring out innovations for the coming years and beyond in fruitful collaborations."
