IAR Systems has a new CEO: Richard Lind

Lind, already interim CEO from 18 October 2021, has over 30 years of experience in the technology sector

The board of directors of IAR Systems has appointed Richard Lind as its new CEO. Lind, who has been acting CEO since 18 October 2021, has more than 30 years of experience in the technology sector. He has held various high-profile positions internationally and in Sweden. For 17 years he worked at Microsoft, most recently in the role of CTO, Internet of Things.

"The board was aware that we could appoint an extraordinary and capable CEO. The speed with which Richard has acquired information about the entire company and has already implemented improvements has exceeded our expectations. After careful evaluation, we are confident that Richard is the right person to lead our company back to growth and realise the potential of Secure Thingz," said Nicolas Hassbjer, President of IAR Systems Group.

"I am convinced that the best times for the company are ahead. I have identified several areas for improvement which I will pursue together with the organisation. I am looking forward tothis," said Lind.
