More than 800 manufacturers of semiconductors and electronic components are turning to Mouser Electronics to introduce their products to the global market. These include Qorvo.
Qorvo, thanks to its top-level engineering expertise, already makes available radio frequency solutions for the reliable and immediate connection of people, places and objects. In particular, the American company provides solutions for networks and devices that connect and protect mission critical defence systems.
Mouser has extended the range of Qorvo products available in its offering with Custom MMIC (monolithic microwave integrated circuits) products. The line includes high-performance solutions in gallium nitride (GaN) and gallium arsenide (GaAs), suitable for aerospace, defence and commercial applications.
The Qorvo products available from Mouser include multiple low-noise amplifiers, useful for communication applications requiring a small form factor and low power consumption.
Mouser is also distributing Qorvo's new PAC5524 motor driver, optimised for controlling high-speed brushless DC (BLDC) motors. It includes a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F microcontroller with an operating frequency of 150 MHz, configurable analog front end (CAFE) and several application-specific power drivers (ASPD).
