Analog Devices Foundation contributes to the global fight against Covid-19

Analog Devices supports Global Citizen's 'One World: Together At Home' live-streaming TV special on 18 April to support the World Health Organisation's COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund

L’Analog Devices Foundation has confirmed its support for the COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund of the World Health Organisation (WHO) promoted in collaboration with the United Nations Foundation and in partnership with Global Citizen in its TV special, which will also be streamed "One World: Together At Home".

The special is scheduled to air on 18 April at 8pm (NY time) on ABC, NBC, ViacomCBS Networks, iHeart Media and Bell Media networks and platforms in Canada. Internationally, BBC One will broadcast the programme on Sunday 19 April 2020. Other international broadcasters include MultiChoice and RTE. The event will also be streamed online via Amazon Prime Video, Apple, Facebook, iHeartRadio, Instagram, Tencent, Tidal, TuneIn, Twitch, Twitter, Yahoo, YouTube and TKTK.

"One World: Together At Home" will include stories of doctors and nurses fighting the spread of COVID-19, along with the many messages of gratitude and appreciation from all those who have been helped. World medical experts from WHO and the UN will also speak during the show, interspersed with guest appearances and artistic performances selected in collaboration with Lady Gaga. Guests include Alanis Morissette, Andrea Bocelli, Billie Eilish, Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day, Burna Boy, Chris Martin, David Beckham, Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam, Elton John, Finneas, Idris and Sabrina Elba, J Balvin, John Legend, Kacey Musgraves, Keith Urban, Kerry Washington, Lang Lang, Lizzo, Maluma, Paul McCartney, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Shah Rukh Khan and Stevie Wonder.

The WHO COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund was created to implement the COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Strategic Plan to monitor and contain the spread of the virus, ensure that patients and frontline workers receive the necessary resources, and accelerate research and development efforts for vaccines, tests and treatments. Analog Devices and the Analog Devices Foundation will also contribute to the Fund with donations from ADI employees.
