Based on an Arm Cortex-M33 core, with Arm TrustZone hardware security, the STM32L5 series includes a suite of protection features and high-speed embedded memories, while offering high performance and extremely low power consumption.
Microcontrollers STM32L5microcontrollers, available from Mouser, feature a security architecture based on Arm TrustZone, with the ARMv8-M core extension. The 32-bit Cortex-M33 core, with floating-point unit, also implements a complete set of digital signal processing (DSP) instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) that improves application security. In addition, the STM32L5 family has received PSA Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from Arm.
